Kessler: Froch is like an open book!

Froch has absolutely no chance in this fight. It's a mismatch. Froch doesn't win a round.Comment

And another thing, Taylor's hands are faster then Kessler's.Comment

Kessler has more power than Taylor, faster hands, and is far more highly skilled. Taylor was landing right hands at will...Kessler will be doing the the same with heavier hands, and more often. No way Froch makes it to the closing bell of round 12 on his feet.
The guy has some good things going for him, but a Kessler fight would be a career ender.Comment

Froch was hurt 3, maybe 4 times from what I can remember, but only seriously the once. Nobody is going to catch right hands like that and not see the lights on ***** street eventually. Still, Froch has a fantastic chin, great conditioning, and is a big puncher. These are why he beat Taylor (I'm a huge Taylor fan, but the kid's conditioning is what beats him...see my other post on this fight), not because he's better. If he'd been lacking in any of these three areas, he'd have lost. He just happened to be the Taylor antidote that night.
Against Kessler, however, I give him -1 (to the power of 10) chance of winning. In fact, I'll go on record here saying that, if Froch and Kessler meet, Froch will be seeing his 2nd and 3rd (and maybe 4th) knockdowns, and his first KO loss.
Kessler: Magnificient technician, has cruiserweight power in his right hand, always suberbly conditioned (he's one of the few I've ever seen keep pace with Calzaghe for 12 rounds), and has some of the fastest hands in the division.
Froch: Great conditioning, excellant power, great chin. Remind you of anyone? (Andrade)
No-win situation for Froch. He'd be smarter to take on Pavlik and a few others, after a Taylor rematch, bank some cash, improve his skill and technique. I don't know if he'll be ready for Kessler by then, but he'll be a helluva lot more ready for it than he is now. No way he beats Kessler if the fight happens in the next 36 months.
kess is supremly conditioned as well, as youve noted, calzaghe normally tires his opponents out and after rnd 10 they visibly slow down and calzaghe comes on strong, he dominates down the stretch. however he has been quoted as saying he found it hard to completely dominate, control and relax against mikkel, mikkel still looked dangerous in there in the later rounds and his power was still there.
if froch thinks he can wear him down like he wore down taylor or how andrade wore down bute then hes mistaken.
personally i think mikkel scores the KO if he really wants to, he is already v.powerful and if he puts everything behind his punches late into the fight he KO's froch who is just too easy to hit. but i think kess would coast to a UDComment

Leave it out kayjay! Kessler is more skilled then Froch in pretty much every department i'll give you that - and Kessler would win a wide UD, but KO him! No, i can't see it meself. Froch's chin would go the distance IMO.
