Kessler by UD, but it wouldn't surprise me much if Froch KO'd him. Either way, assuming Froch gets past the next mandatory, whether this happens is up to Kessler; Froch will take it, in Copenhagen, with no bull****. I'd like to see him have a decent run as champ, for that reason.

The above is from the english version. On the danish site he adds that "...Carl is strong and awkward but also slow and open like a book. I'd love to fight him. It's one of my dream-matches."
when taylor K'd froch i think it was because froch was caught cold, he hadn't worked up a sweat and was just hit with a good shot

as for kessler i think kess could crack his chin (ala SSm and andrade), if he wants to, if he uses the SSM tactic and really winds that right hand up then he will KO him, but mikkel is a strong technical fighter who has no problem going 12 at a hard pace and he might choose to cruise to a UD.

however with bernard cherry picking his opponents and being the big name i can see froch - hopkins looking more likel right now.

if mikkel wants him he has to dog him, insult him, tell him that if he wants to emerge out of calzaghes shadow he has to take on the man who calzaghe rates as the best fighter in the division.

bat what do you think are the chances of this fight happening? bear in mind hopkins is really gunning to be a 3-weight world champion.

Probably yes. But not by a lot.

The combo at 5.00 is as fast as it's lethal:

Froch was hurt at least once in that fight though

I think it was the end of round 6, where he was really svaed by the bell

I don't think it's out of the question that Kessler KO's Froch. Nor that Froch KO's Kessler

Kessler will take him to school, if a past prime Jermain Taylor did that to Froch think about what Kessler would do.

                Fair.

Hopkins was offered 4 million dollars to fight Kessler and turned it down. So Hopkins wont fight for peanuts. I cannot give an educated opinion as to how much dough Hennesey can assemble but it wont be easy to negotiate with Hopkins that's for sure.

I think a Froch-Kessler is a natural but I'd say it boils down to Kessler's issues with his management. If that doesn't get sorted out real soon Kessler will head nowhere fast(er). Who will deal with the Palles if the know Kessler is unhappy and who would deal with Kessler's side when they know the palle's are taking Kessler to court?

It wasn't me who said that Kessler would KO Froch. I only said that he COULD.

damn forgot how good this guys jab was!!

kess could KO froch it depends on how he fights, if he fights in his normal technical boxing stance then he can take froch to the cleaners, it will be a whitewash.

if kess throws loopier shots (ala SSM) and gets more leverage behind them then he can crack froch's chin

                      fair point my man

as for hennesy hes a promoter who knows what he has on his hands, he knows froch and he knows his limitations. he might seem a pr*ck to negotiate with (frochvs taylor was not shown on british TV because he couldn't come to an arrangement over the fee) but he will not let anything stand in between making the big fights.

thats what has me thinking that kess vs froch won't be made. hopkins is too big a name, too big in the american market (which is what froch craves) and a win over him and we start to talk about froch as p4p material, hopkins himself is hard to negotiate with but for the chance to fight a tailor made fighter like froch and become a 3 weight world champ i think he will do what he has to in order to make the fight.
