Whilst it's fair to say Hatton is in serious decline, in his prime he was no paper tiger. Prime Hatton (around the Tszyu fight) was a handful for any fighter. To claim otherwise suggests a lack of boxing knowledge.

Hatton's legacy is one of a very good fighter who entertained millions and was good for the sport. Yes, he came up short against the very best, only losing to two P4P #1, but that is in no way a disgrace.

Haters should give the guy a break and the respect he deserves.

Well, Im a big critic of P. Mal. Im a critic of all overrated white boys. Sure I might drink a beer with him but I wont lie and tell him I like his boxing. As far as Hatton, he's tough, he applies a lot of pressure but he has tragic flaws that are being exposed. I place him ahead of Mali. No, not a paper tiger. His time just passed. That rugged straight ahead European only works on pitiful heavyweights. Mayweather sr tried to tell him that. He wont contend until he takes a page out of,his fellow Euro calzage's, book.

Honestly I wouldn't ask for his autograph. Honestly its not that his boxing is grand, it's really his manager/promoter that are great. Make up for his punches.
