Yes he should. He reverted back to his old self. Against Malignaggi he circled a bit and threw his hooks. Last night he basically went straight in to Pacquiao's power and didn't come behind a jab.

OPEN YOUR EYES EVERYBODY...
firstly, stop saying or comparing manny to God. no Filipino says he is or to that effect! please, brah.....

as to your "weather conspiracy", this is quite farfetched but not entirely impossible. i don't entertain such thought but when big bad daddy is in lil floyd's camp when he fyts manny,....i'll have second thoughts....

I just don't understand what the **** Ricky was doing with his hands down the entire ****ing time. How do you face someone you know is faster, and has power, and never bring your hands up to defend. Floyd Sr. made him think he was Floyd Jr. or Roy Jones Jr. or something. He did a half-assed job of training Hatton. I don't see why anyone would want to hire Floyd Sr. as a trainer after seeing Hatton get his ass knocked out like that.

In all fairness to Floyd Sr. I doubt his game plan was for Hatton not to throw a jab and lead with his chin. Couldn't believe what I saw last night!

What is there that Hatton can do now though, he can't beat pound for pound champions and has already beaten many people on a very good level. Needs to retire I think.

So much for drilling a gameplan into Ricky's head, he looked lost in the ring... How much of that was Floyd's fault, who knows.

I have all the respect in the world for Floyd Sr, that guy can turn one handed fighters into two handed fighters over night...

As for Hatton, he needs to retire, cause he's always been the fighter that "almost" lost since comin out west. This was a fight in his favor, he was fightin a smaller guy, a guy that had to pound on a David Diaz and a Oscar De La Hoya for consecutive rounds for them to finally submit. Oscar wasn't even entirely there in his fight.

Hatton struggled with alot of fighters since comin out west, older ones that knew how to throw and younger ones that were prime to throw. There's no one out there with a name that Hatton can beat, he needs to leave the stage.

too bad ricky didn't have a top level trainer in his corner.

don't know if he could ever beat manny but with better people in his corner , with a better gameplan , he could have been more competitive.

floyd mayweather sr. needs to retire.
                      Agree...
But the result would be the same...
Mayweather Sr, should retire, only ****** fighter will get his services to be train by that bum... and dont show his ugly face ever again...
He talks a lot during the pre-fight presscon... but his black @$$ was a no-show during the post-fight presscon...
He aint man enough to show his ugly face and stood there and be a man to accept the agony of defeat!
He never taught anything to Hatton... Roach was right in predicting they will own Hatton in 3 rounds...
Hatton was too confident days before the fight, even declaring to remortgage your houses and bet everything on him... Maybe, Sr did just that... hahaha... prolly, his black @$$ will be sleeping on the streets...
What if, Sr. bets his money on Pacman? Hahahaha! That would fun! Hahahaha.
Now, all Hatton nuthuggers! Eat your heart out!
No one will buy whatever excuses you will say about the destruction/demolition of Hatton...
