u act like its gon be a risk. If tito could bearly land on jones what makes u think hes gon land anything against floyd? Its a comeback fight but fight someone relevant not someone who hasnt won a fight in years. Also floyd never said nothing bout fighting tito this is your sp[eculation cause floyd met with king. Its a tune up but tito is not a tune up for a possible fight with manny or cotto or mosley titos done if hes gon fight there fight someone who has a name and can actually put somewhat of a challenge. Tito at this point is not a challenge to floyd hes gon get shut out.

Floyd vs. Tito would be a great comeback fight for both fighters...
it would give them the oppurtunity to both shake off ring rust

it would be very risky for floyd to move up to 160. i agree. the only risk for tito is his health. he cant make the weight. i really think floyd would just counter him and wear him down and KO him late. its true he couldnt catch roy he will not catch floyd. if floyd is going to move up to 160 atleast have some real accolades by doing. fight a paul williams he beats him no one can say anything. or go for a title. tito is not an option. but it is really fishy with floyd and king talking but floyd would be ****** to take the fight.

its gotta be somewhat of a challenge. Tito is done hes had like 3 or 4 comeback fights and everytime he keeps fighting up in higher weights. Hes done hes not going to put up a classic performance against one of the best defensive fighters. Those are the type of fighters that give him trouble. A tune up is to fight someone to help you get unrusty and help you prepare for your next fight. Tito is slow now and fat and old. All the fighters he should face pac cotto and mosley are fast fighters. Tito has no defense anymore. It would just be an easy pay day and a name on his resume.

yup true true and IMO having an atg fighter like tito on his resume now wont do anything. tito will never shake off ring rust bc he doesnt fight enough. he looked decent against RJJ in the first few rounds but once RJJ got to know what he was going to do it was lights out. Same thing wil floyd it would be competitve for afew rounds than floyd will just move circles around him. i like tito he is an atg fighter. but having him on your resume now instead of 10 years ago imo does nothing for you.

i understand what your saying. but why would you take a fight with tito? he hasnt won a creditable fight since mayorga. he got schooled by winky than roy beat him down. i understand the fight with jmm is all about weight but that is a more creditable fight for floyd. having tito on your resume now does nothing like if it was 10 years ago.
