but why an old out dated tito is my question? wouldnt you want some comp in your comback fight. if he wants pac for his next big fight wouldnt you want to fight someone with a pulse? my thinking is if your going to risk going up in weight make it worth it. tito is not worth it. like i said it might be competitve for afew rounds than floyd would see why tito is doing and hammer him. same he did with hatton he was struggling abit with hatton than he got to what hatton was doing next thing you knew hatton becam apart of the ring post.

BHop vs Tito 2. Both guys are at the tail ends of their career. Floyd is in the prime of his career. Fighting Tito is in no way a tune-up but more of a circus show. A tune-up fight is supposed to do exactly what is says, Tune You up for bigger and better fights. How does fighting Trinidad help him fight faster, better shaped, and harder punchers who are also in their primes?

With the recent news that Mayweather and Don King have been in contact with other lately...and the news that tito is still looking for a fight...and he is still obviously the biggest draw in Puerto Rico...With the minimum guarantee's of 10 million a fight... ala Mayweather who also make's no less than 10 million a fight since Baldomir.

Could we be seeing a Possible Tito vs. Mayweather match soon?

Floyd Mayweather Jr could be set to link up with Don King should he come out of retirement this year.

Mayweather's last two fights against Oscar De La Hoya and Ricky Hatton have been promoted by Golden Boy but their relationship with 'Money' has never been straight-forward.

Mayweather's representatives are thought to have been in discussions with Golden Boy about fighting Juan Manuel Marquez on his return on July 18, but you would think this development may mean this bout is less likely to happen.

King is understandably thrilled at the prospect about linking up with Mayweather.

"Floyd is here in Florida. He came to see me," King said. "I love Floyd. I think Floyd is the only marquee name out here now. We'll see what happens.

"Floyd's a great fighter. He beat Oscar De La Hoya, he beat Ricky Hatton. He beat them all.
