Currently Palle has another case which is due in court in May against german team Sauerland. It's about the Beyer-Kessler fight in which Palle had the danish television rights, but sauerlands TV-company ARD broadcasted the fight in Denmark thereby making it impossible for Palle to sell the fight via PPV. That made Palle lose a fortune.
Lol, you will jump in every Floyd thread about Marquez but you boy Kessler has continued to play it safe.

You know what I mean, youre always talking about Floyd's competition, why not get mad at all the lower competition Kessler fights, he is supposed to be a world class fighter but you wouldnt know it by his fight choices.

Remember the dispute before the Haussler fight? Maybe not but Sauerland and Palle couldn't come to terms so the contract for the fight was first signed 1 or 2 days before the fight took place. According to Kessler he signed the contract on the advice of his manager. Apparently he didn't read the contract himself but just signed. Perhaps this is understandable considering the fight was litterally just hours away.

After the fight, still according to Kessler, he finds out that he unknowingly signed not only to fight Haussler, but also a 3-fight option for promotor Mogens Palle. He would have expected that his manager, who should look after Kessler's interests, would have told him that such an important clause was in the contract.

The manager didn't tell. If you don't know it then let me tell you that the name of Kessler's manager is Bettina Palle. Daughter of promotor Mogens Palle. It's quite clear that she might have had some kind of conflict of interests. Where's her loyalty? With her dad or with her fighter?

It's kinda like Don and Carl King.

Difference being that everybody wants to fight Floyd and nobody wants to fight Kessler. See?

                  "Fight choices"? WTF.

Like he chose to fight these crappy mandatory's, and all this legal stuff is fictional?

                    Lol.

Kessler has stated that he regards the options as fullfilled.

                    1: Haussler.
2: Larsen (which he signed for but the fight fell through anyway)
                    3: perdomo.

Palle says that no options has been fulfilled and that he wont stage the perdomo fight.

Impossible from those public comments to give a proper assessment of Kessler's future.

At least 3 promotors has expressed interest in Kessler's services: Sauerland and Universum (both germans) and Joe calzaghe whom Kessler apparently has befriended since their fight. I'd suspect that GBP was interested as well.

I hope to God he doesn't sign with GBP. I hate the monopoly they're creating. I would like Kessler to come stateside though and get some U.S. sparring partners. He's got the athletic ability, has been taught well but needs to loosen up.
