Why doesnt PBF fight Mosley at 147 in July?

Anybody forget the fact that Floyd is coming off a long layoff?And those that come off long layoffs don't always look their best upon their return. You want to fight someone good, but not too good or at least not to big and strong where they can force you to fight hard and might take you the distance which you may not last. Shane is a very strong fighter with a good chin who can apply heavy pressure. Not someone you want to face upon your return from a layoff. This fight with JMM can also help Floyd understand where he is not only physically, but mentally as a fighter since sometimes, after you retire and comeback, that motivation/will/heart might not be as strong as it once was...thus the reason why you see aging fighters and inactive fighters more likely to give up when they wouldn't have when they were younger and active.

That's why they say "Inactivity" kills.

I don't mind the tune-up but I do want to see him fight Cotto or Mosley at some point.

Mosley could have fought him when Floyd was active but he didn't.

And isn't Mosley targeting the winner of Hatton vs. Pac?
