my only crime is the picking up of greenery - i've been caught b4, slap on the wrist no biggie - but seems like if that **** happened to me in texas; i'd be done.

Let me rephrase because some things I just don't find illegal and your offense is one of them. If you come to Texas or live in Texas and want to commit a crime think twice. Nobody has more prisons than Texas and don't commit capital murder because most likely we are going to put you to death.
