        no question about it he fucked up. I just have sympathy and can understand why. I just hope he gets past this. Of all the things he and Anne Wolfe have gone through and worked so hard for, it would be a shame if it were all for nothing.

          im sure hes concerned about getting car jacked or other crazy ****. i would understand ppl trynna jack him thinkin hes paid and **** but at the end of the day, james is the one who will be standing infront the judge with these charges.

          i hope something happens and he walks away from this ****.

                what's it look like for him? 2 clips is saying zero tolerance - so does that mean mandatory time?

                if so - then before he goes away i bet ann wolfe beats his ass prior to getting sent up state.

                    Not alot of new info here, just his local rag's coverage..

                    "Kirkland remained in jail as of 5:30 p.m. Monday.

                    Kirkland was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. He is on probation for an armed robbery arrest in 2003, in which he served six months in jail and six months on house arrest."
