if so - then before he goes away i bet ann wolfe beats his ass prior to getting sent up state.
This is Texas. My cousin got 10 years probation for first time offense. Burgalry of Habitat. I got 10 years probation for some other stuff I rather not say, but it was also my first offense.

James is a convicted felon who was in unlawful possesion of a firearm. He's also black. I'll be very surprised if he doesn't do time.

Exactly. The slogan "Don't mess with Texas" isn't just for show, they will put you under the jail. And the fact that his conviction is from a armed robbery, it really doesn't look good at all.

The conditions of his probation are also a laugh.

He was given 2 options. 3 years in jail and a felony conviction or deferred adjudication where he wouldn't be convicted as a felon, but he had to be on paper for 10 years.

He chose probation for 10 years, but if he commits another felony, he goes to the pen for 20 years without the possibility of parole. No Joke.

I have 2 friends in prison right now. 1 has been in there since he was 18 and he's 15 years in on a 50 year bid, and the other just got sentenced about 5 years ago for agg robbery and got a 46 year bid for robbing ***elery stores. Life straight down the toilet.
