Donaire made Vic look easy. If anybody is over rated it is Vic Darchinyan. lb for lb, I don't think so.

He's a good fighter, and that's pretty much what I've seen him get credit for. No more or less. I ain't noticed any ridiculous hype on him.

Secondly, he is a flyweight who does what a lot of flyweights aren't doing - he's knocking people out. All of his world title fights have ended in KOs. That alone puts him in a position to garner attention because how many fighters on the elite level can routinely score knockouts, especially at the lower weight divisions?

Martinez was looked at as a very serious contender by most interested pundits and Donaire blew him away.
True, I really thought martinez could pull it off, but donaire showed some superb skills, he needs to improve but the bottom line is he's moving up for better fights, he says he will fight anyone and he's not afraid to lose and personally, he's one of the most skilled fighters in the sport today.

Look at some of the hyped up and comers now, Valero, Angulo, Kirkland etc, they dont have half the skills donaire does and people kiss their asses all day.

I think he's that good, but he needs to move that head more or he'll get hurt by a bigger puncher.

Donaire is clearly one of the best young talents in the game. He is outstanding and he keeps getting better.

He can literally do anything in the ring

Have you ever seen Nonito fight? He is 21-1 with 14 ko's so as you can see, he has more than one solid win. He is super fast and has excellent pop and balance. He is certainly not a hype job ask Darchinyan who seems to be invincible outside of Donaire. Why do you think Arum is dissing a Darchinyan/Donaire rematch?

Well, he needs to move his head, I keep raising this because he's gonna get hurt and possibly lose if he doesnt sort it out, you can hit donaire with big shots, Martinez went down 4 times and still landed some big wide hook on donaire.

He's beatable, what saves him is his sense of timing, that's the thing about him that separates him from the rest.

See this is another point, donaire is very big for the weight, he shouldnt be there.
