If Floyd was a natural at 140 he would have no problems fighting at the weight. Obviously he is more comfortable at 147, that makes him a Welterweight IMO. Floyd fans will obviously try to make excuses for him.

I don't agree... Floyd is 148 on fight night... he could make 140 easier then anybody at welterweight...

In light of all the Floyd vs Marquez talk, i've seen posters (mainly Floydboyz) flip flop on what Floyd's natural weight/weightclass is.

I've heard that he's too big for 140, yet too small for 147.

I've heard he's a natural 140lber and shouldnt have to face the top dogs at 147, because they put on too much weight after the weigh-in. Many of his fans say that his most dominate weight is 140, yet when the talks of a marquez fight come up, they agree with im and say the fight should take place at 147.

Ok, so which is it? Is he a natural 140lber, or 147lber. Now if you feel he's a natural WW, then there should be no excuses for him not to face any of the top WW's. If u feel he's too small for the WW division, then he should move down to 140. Plain and simple.

In that case, im a natural 160lber because that's what i weighed at 18 when i stopped growing. Never mind the fact that im 185 now.

Some people can grow during and after the age of 22. In no way am I saying Floyd is a SFW no way, I'd say he is a Jr WW
