Some people here don't even understand the meaning of natural weight and try to formulate it into Boxing terms. I read some people here sayin 130 was and always will be his natural weight just because he had the most fights there (without taking into consideration Floyd was fighting in a similar pace as Gamboa now as far as how often he fought).
Ok, then there should be no reason why he shouldnt fight the top WW's right? I mean, u cant be a WW with exclusions from fighing other WW's.

Floyds prime weight would be inbetween 135-140 imo.

As a diehard fan of his, you cant claim that he's a LWW when it comes time to fighting WW's, then flip flop and claim that he's a WW when it comes time to fighting LW's. There seems to be alot of that going on lately.

I think it's 140 now, I think he can still make 140 without much difficulty, 135 I doubt he makes without sacrificing something.

This is actually a good point.

Thing is, in boxing there is something called risk/reward.

Why would any fighter who weights 150 outside of the ring, fight junior middleweights and middleweights on fight night for less money, in smaller profile fights.

Rather than take more money to fight smaller guys or guys in and around his size, in megafights?

Well Mayweather stopped Sam Girard in the second round in 1998
                  So I guess he's a natural 130 pounder.

Any weight, where he (and his fans)feel, that he shouldnt have to fight a legite welterweight!!Which is basically where ever he decides to fight a lightweight!!!Even if that is at 147!!!The greatest fighter who never proved it!!
