1 barrera's trainning camp cought fire,and he was in and out of court cuz they were trying to take his boxing lisence away due to a metal plate in his head!!

2.Morales Cinsidering retirement lost a trilogy to barrera then lost a tune up fight to a nobody Zahir Raheem so he was already on a losing streak. and was also pleeding for a catch weight of 132 when they refused the catch weight erik fought anyway weight drained.

3. Marquez Most all boxing experts and sports analyst feel marquez won both fights!!! Max kellerman even said it!!

4. Oscar de la Hoy 36 year old part time fighter and full time promoter. has not fought at 147 since 1997. and lost 3 of his last 6 fights!! Very weight drained nobody can deny that

Just like when he lost he they was saying cause he was drinking and playing pool and not focused and then when he lost to morales it was cause the gloves were not reyes and morales was to big, man up manny u got a gift decision in the jmm 2 fight. a young prime fighter??? who?? juan diaz said that manny needs to fight a younger fighter and look what happened to diaz, 2 older fighter has beaten him, the older campbell and marquez, thats my point.. it's much better for manny to fight tested figters than fighting the untested ones because i'm pretty sure if manny beats these young fighters THE NEXT EXCUSE WOULD PROBABLY BE BECAUSE THEY ARE STILL YOUNG AND UNTESTED..

Does anybody actually care what Emanuel Steward thinks? This is the same guy who should have been in his fighters corner not so long ago but instead decided he would rather be sat on his fat ass at HBO. I have little respect for steward! He hasn't done anything in the game for years!

lets be clear....oscar did not call pac out.....the pac-oscar fight was the idea of larry merchant....and freddie roach pushed it, and then oscar excepted.....roach knew pac could beat a over the hill fighter, and that it would make manny look like a boxing god.....smart move by roach.

that being said, pac did what he had to do to win, give credit where credit is do.

Where these people come from??? I didn't hear them of these excuses prior to December 06, 2008.. what I heard was, an inflated midget will be on stretcher to hospital after badly beatin' by the big man! You are taking this weightdrained issue as serious excuses, but the resounding inflated midget criticism to Pac before the fight seems forgoten now.

I'm sure with all the money DLH has he was able to afford the best training availble to him. Don't believe the drainage to be an excuse, he has been at it for a long time. The wear and tear in his body is like any other at athlete. We can always make excuses of "well if he fought him at his peak he would had won" is just a cheap excuse. In the end styles make fights

I cant believe when ppl were breaking this fight down, All they said was DLH was bigger. WHO GIVES A FU%^!! They forgot to mention that DLH hasnt beat anybody good in 8 years, didnt fight a southpaw in like 10 years, didnt make WW limit in 10 years also. DLH never had a straight right, i mean come on. Pacquaio would've beat that ass if he was 135 to DLH 154!! Like Mayweather said, " I could be at 140 and you can be at 160 and you'll still lose" AND THATS THE TRUTH.
