No what that is saying is, he build himself for the weight and he didn't want to rebuild himself incase he came back. Very very hard to build yourself for a certain weight and pretty damn easy to lose it

Hatton didn't want to risk losing his belt and decided he wanted Floyd, remember he also said "I know I'm stronger then Floyd, Floyd is the smallest WW and I could muscle him around"

If that was the case, then Floyd wanted to avoid an excruciating draining/rehydration he would have gone though to meet 140.

He was walking around 150 ibs when he fought DLH.

He was 148 in his 1st fight at 154. Pac was a WW against David Diaz and 148 against DLH
