Cotto wasn't even a big name at that point and according to Floyd when the fight hit the roof in anticipation for it to be made at 147, didn't Cotto have to be his own CEO and had to get a fanbase? But chill, Floyd would've fought him at 140 without any of the 2? LOL hilarious...

The Cotto fight didn't happen for a number of reasons, Arum should have atleast made an offer so even if Floyd rejected it, it could be classed as a legitimate duck
