Cotto has never called OUT PBF for a fight, nor has he offered him a fight. To duck someone they would offer you a fight.

Mayweather is back and he did fight threats. Zab was a threat, Chavez was a threat, Hatton was a threat, DLH was a threat(everyone picked him to win.). Hell Mayweather was going to fight chop-chop Corley for the LMW title but Corley backed out.

People should stop using the "Floyd retired to avoid challenges" nonsense. His retirement was never serious, IMO at least. He's gunning for JMM as a tune-up, possibly for Pacquiao. Those seem like legit challenges.
