Paul Williams vs. Miguel Cotto

I don't mean to offend,but I'm tired of people saying Winky is not strong,this is the same Winky that worked over Trinidad and we all know,we all knowTrinidad hits wayyyyyyy harder than Cotto,Cotto is probably more skilled than Winky,the Punisher and Trinidad,but in the end they are all bigger than him and have to much physical advantages for his skill to overcome!!But the Punisher beats them all!!!!

First I have never said he Winky aint strong. He have lots of strength, but he is feather fisted.

Second, let me say, That Williams dont beats them all. In his Prime Tito KHTFO and bad.

Now I understand that They are all bigger, than Cotto. But Cotto And Quintana ae abou the same size. Quintana gave Willaims angles, and Williams looked like a fool i the ring.

If Cotto uses angles and gets to the inside, he beats Williams. If Cotto dont get to the inside he loses a UD or gets KOs late!!!!!!

You make good points..But PW's chin hasnt really been tested..You think he could eat cottos power shots like Marg did with no problem? Like i said before, PW look like he was on the verge of being knocked down or stopped in the first Quintana fight...Cotto is stronger and faster than quintana..This is not a easy fight for PW or cotto in my opinion.

Thats the way I see it Paul's pressure will be hard for cotto but if you are throwing 100 punches a round and you are fighting someone like cotto you have to expect to be hit hard a couple times a round... and the punches he hit marg with were brutal and i dont see paul taking that.

I think cotto could win by knockout but if it went to a decision paul wins

he was never in danger of being stopped. "outboxed" is what he was, and it showed in his body language....he was never "hurt" tho.

yea you were wrong the first time so why repeat yourself? i think you are confusing being hit with flush power shots and being hurt. yes he was hit with big shots but he wasn't hurt at all. almost being stopped would be cotto against torres or corley.

I know what you mean. I dont think Cotto will go for the chin though. If he does he will definately lose. Cotto has a chance if he goes body all night. If he plans to go for the head he is in for trouble. Just look at what Winky thought he could do.

We cant judge Williams by the first Quintana fight anymore. He learned from his mistakes and got better. Thus williams-quintana II was a KO in 1.

williams has much better defense than margarito though. not saying he doesnt get hit cause he does. and the shots couldn't have been that brutal if margarito walks through them then gets stopped by mosley. did he have plaster in his chin too?

The Quintana lost elevated him,I pray for the trillogy,just so everyone can see whats up,the biggest problem that Cotto has is,he can be hurt,Torres can hurt anyone,so in fairness I will leave him out,but Corley,yup,there aint no excuse for that,Cotto has the skill and will,but he doesnt have the toughness!!!100+ punches a round,beats Cotto all day!!!
