No, Pavlik/Williams didn't happen because Williams' management turned down the offer they got (well over $1,000,000). That shouldn't reflect badly on Paul himself, but blaming only Arum is just bull****.

He did look impressive last night, the giant has plenty of energy. Make him bulk up and bring it to Vitali since Wlad is gonna be occupied. The guy is a beast but he is fighting much smaller guys, too easy for him.
