Fact is that Williams never pursued the issue. He didn't want that fight.

Didnt he say last night hed fight Pavlik or anyone .... Just put the offer in front of his manager and so on and lets see if it will get done... Why is it always considered DUCKING? To assume that first is a sign of ignorance.... Do people know how many reasons in a contract can cause a fighter and team to say its off???? Ducking. LOL

        Anyways...........
This isnt meant to be a Hate thread. To be honest i loved what i saw last night and Paul Williams is becoming one of my favorite fighters to watch. I am looking forward to seeing him fight again. This guy is real exciting and i hope he becomes one of the faces of boxing. I think he gives the crowd what they want by throwing so many punches. I respect Paul Williams but i dont think he is p4p top 10 yet. I would put him at 11 or 12, around there.

        Keep on Punishing Paul
Please dont tell me youre still riding with that criminal in your avi.

Easy now. He just didn't want to dance with Sergei.

How do you know he didn't want it? Because Dzinziruk said this? Williams people said they did want the fight but Dzinziruk priced himself out. I guess it comes down to who's telling the truth.

Williams didn't make any counter offer. At least nothing was made public which is odd considering the way they hype him as being avoided.

Oh yeah? Lets see how long it takes for Abraham, Pavlik or Strum to call him out NOW. If he doesn't act racist i'd say they will skip him. Acting racist or just like a douche in general will force them because of the pressure their fans should exert.

I agree Williams and his camp as well as fans act as if the guy can't get a fight period...Williams is alright but the truth is that he is fighting way out of his weight class and should be fighting someone like Chad dawson but with Willams lack of power even in lower weightclasses i can see why he don't fight up higher. Willams just wants that "Most Avioded/Ducked Man In Boxing" that Margorito had ripped off him by Mosely. Larry was just being real.

Williams weighed 157 for that fight. So how is he fighting way out of his weight class? Divisions are based on weight not height and reach. If that was the case, Mike Tyson should have been fighting at 160.
