Just to compare the Ring Magazine has Quintanta currently ranked at #6. They also have Zab Judah at #9, which I personally don't think should be ranked top 10, but besides that I think their list is solid. I see Quintana ahead of Collazo, Hlatswayo and maybe even Berto at this point. No where on their list is Kermit Cintron, and rightfully so.

One loss and only two good wins, if you count an old, inactive Winky, which is pushing it. Cotto lost, and has better wins than Williams, you don't see people crying for him to be top 10 p4p.
