Quintana is not a Top 10 Welterweight?

I'd like to see you name 10 better.

Isaac Hlatshwayo? Don't make me laugh. Even you don't believe that. And Manny Pacquiao has had approximately one fight at 147 and then moved back down. He is properly listed as a junior welter.

You're reaching with Manny Pacquiao considering he's not even a Welterweight. Anyway, the bolded are all questionable, and it's apparent you made that list right now out of spite, because of a statement I called you out on, that you obviously exaggerated.

I think any reasonable person should have Quintana SOMEWHERE in there.

I think he ran out of names after 8.

Just to compare the Ring Magazine has Quintanta currently ranked at #6. They also have Zab Judah at #9, which I personally don't think should be ranked top 10, but besides that I think their list is solid. I see Quintana ahead of Collazo, Hlatswayo and maybe even Berto at this point. No where on their list is Kermit Cintron, and rightfully so.

Anybody who puts Williams above Hatton is crazy.

Why? He should be ahead of Hatton IMO. Well ahead.
