I watched the first episode of Pacquiao-Hatton 24/7 but Moorer didn't seem to be acting arrogantly to me.

He thinks that Foreman only landed a lucky punch on him but he doesn't really have anything bad to say about Foreman as a man.

Moorer seemed decent enough to me on The Tale of Foreman-Moorer. He even joked at the end that had he ducked once more, they'd now be selling Michael Moorer grills. I think he just took exception to George's claims that landing that punch after losing the first nine rounds was all part of some masterplan.
