Threads like this have been done 1 million times, it comes down to who the fighters are and the environment. The only fights that have acctually gone down to my knowledge in the streets were James Toney knocking out Oleg Taktarov in a Boxing gym after Toney was badmouthing eastern Europeans, Oleg rushed lights out and Toney knocked him out.
The other fight was Don Fry getting knocked out by a 50 year old ex-boxer/boxing coach.

it's subjective but let's say like a mike tyson or david tua fights an mma fighter in a street fight, let's say a rampage jackson or brock lesnar, all big men, all of these fighters in their prime, i'd favor tyson and tua, because of their speed and animalistic fighting. it's hard to say though. lesnar and rampage are strong as ****.
smaller fighters like say a mayweather jr, judah, srl, hatton, pacman, whoever, a roy jones, i would favor them in a street fight over an mma fighter everytime, because of their speed and ability to land punches even in a street fight where it's brawling and fast paced and many times people black out so it's good they have skills, but there's really no finesse in street fighting, and who knows how they would respond once they're grabbed. but usually a punch is thrown and mayweather and roy jones have really quick reflexes against guys who know how to punch hard and fast, so i'd favor them to avoid a punch by an mma fighter who to be fair can punch, but they do so much more than boxers do as far as grappling and submission type fighting, boxers specialize in punching and movement and dodging punches and blocking punches. it would be up on the table, but i'd go with a boxer in a street fight.
