So neither one was prepared to fight an opponent at the level they had to on fight night.

I dont understand how this discredits Vitali?
Who said I am discrediting Vitali.

They not trying to discredit Vitali, He was pointing out that Lennox lewis also was training to fight someone else in Johnson who obviously has a different style compare to Vitali, You see some Vitali fans kept saying he took the fight on short notice and was traing to fight someone else.

Well its the same for lewis...

I LMAO at you thinking there's no difference preparing for an undercard fight and a fight for the heavyweight championship of the world.

        Threadbackfire.

BS, a legal punch didn't cause that big of a cut! The cut was caused by a clash of heads at 2:51 of the third, the right that you're talking about landed 2 seconds (2:53 of the third) earlier and there wasn't a cut until their heads collided or we would've SEEN the cut bleeding BEFORE the clash of heads.

Either way, Lewis will forever be remember as a guy that retired out of FEAR of a rematch with Vitali.

Vitali didn't bleed until after he was hit with a right hand. His lip was also torn apart. Your pathetic attempt to rewrite history fails.

He may have been in shape, but he wasn't training to fight Lewis that night. That makes a big difference. The fight got stopped anyway. I don't see why people debate it so much. Klitschko lost.

                      Seconded.

Everyone was talking about how great he was doing V Lewis.

LOL @ his eye falling off and his courage in taking that beating was major but There's no possible way he could have went the distance against those uppercuts.

Lewis would have in fact, stopped him late because his eye would fall out.
