I'm sorry, but where's the proof that Lennox turned down all these millions for a rematch with Vitali? Someone enlighten me, because i haven't seen anything.

Lennox had the right to walk away on his terms, and when he wanted. When you dominate a division for 10+ years like Lennox did, you get that luxury.

C'mon, we all know Lewis would lose that fight now, he's been retired too long. He's fat, unfit, and (probably) slow - Vitali is none of those things. Lennox has got more money than he knows what to do with already (even if this was ever seriously on the table); why be another old champ who came back for one fight too many? Usually it's a desperate need to satisfy the financial demands of the ex-wife or appropriate income tax authorities - what would Lewis's excuse be?

Fact: Lewis was going to fight Johnson while Vitali was his mandatory and only took the Vitali fight because of the pressure HBO and the media put on him when Vitali said he'd be willing to step in when Johnson got injured.

Fact: The referee rules the cut was caused by an accidental clash of heads Vitali would've won a unanimous decision. As a Vitali fan I would hardly be bragging about him winning a 6 round UD over Lewis because of a premature stoppage due to a cut!

Fact: Lewis promised a rematch in the ring and then months later after Vitali proved his eye was healed which he did by seeing a eye specialist and then knocking out Johnson, the guy that Lewis deemed more of a challenge than his mandatory, Vitali.

The fight left many questions unanswered in most people's eyes. Lewis has a "technical" win but nobody knows who would win if they both had the proper time to prepare for each other and a freakish cut doesn't happen.
