Miguel Cotto Speaks on The Brawl With His Trainer/Uncle
Collapse

evangelista got punched first by cotto. that's what the media turns around
evangelista raised that boy like he was his own. now his father came back and is ****ing with cotto's mind, just as his buds are
his uncle was the only guy that stood by him and helped him take AT LEAST his career seriously (since he doesn't take any othe thing seriously, including his family)
cotto needs professional help. he needs to stop drinking and sniffing ****. after this incident, it's pretty clear that he's in no state to be training, let alone fightingComment

Well not according to the article.......
"The two appeared to call a truce in the gym but later in the day they would clash again, outside of the gym. The second incident was more violent than the first. Evangelista launched a cement block at Miguel, missing the fighter and smashing the passenger window of his 2009 jaguar."
"A verbal battle over a training plan that was presented by Cotto - quickly turned into a physical battle when Miguel fired Evangelista as they traded heated words. Evangelista would then attack Miguel - and the fighter fought back."
Role models are overrated in my opinion...I dont know why people give celebrities way more respect and adulation than they deserve.Comment

Ok sugar britches, being poor or having an education has little to do with being a boxer. While most with money and degrees tend to dabble in other forms of recreation. I happen to have an education and would consider myself to be far from poor. I did box for a few years. The point that you missed is having boxed one tends to obtain a deeper understanding of the game than one that spectates. therefore you can appreciate a fine boxer. I'll tell you this. Guys that just slug and trade punches do so only because that is all they can do. If they could be great boxers they would. You work with what you have. You don't have to reply to anything I say. In fact, I'd rather you not. For you to comment " i'm not poor and have an education, so i think i can be a little more than successful in life without needing to get hit in the face" shows that you're very ignorant and probably got beat up a lot...LOL . I'm not claiming to know everything about boxing. I can identify a moron (in terms of the sport) when I see one. Good day...sirsorry, i don't like screened or rehearsed fights, neither boring ones
as i said, they are great boxers, but boring boxers. there are great things in life that are boring. those 3 belong to that area
i've obviously never boxed? of course not. i'm not poor and have an education, so i think i can be a little more than successful in life without needing to get hit in the face
the fact that you guys are saying things like "you're not a real fan" or "you've obviously not boxed" makes this much more funny and pathetic and the same time, so i won't bother replying to any ****** arguments that consist of those petty ways of reasoning things. good day sirComment
