Actually all fighters get hit eventually. Just because they don't get involved in 'wild exchanges' does not make them any less of a great fighter. What the guy posting was saying is a REAL boxing fan can appreciate a technical boxer as well as a puncher. Your statement that the best fights are not boxing clinics goes to show how limited your knowledge of the sport really is. You've obviously never boxed. Boxing is called the sweet science not because of guys like gatti and ward. Although their fights were epic and entertaining. You seem to be drawn to the slugfest type of fights. Maybe you may find it more appealing on a WWE wrestling board.

I mean there are like a million different stories on this so I don't know which one has it right, but from what I read Evangelista said he was the boss and threw the first punch when Cotto fired him. And than Evangelista followed him to his house.

Now Cotto might have been being an arrogant punk, but from what I've read, the violence started and ended with Evangelista.

I was in Guaynabo for work right before Thanksgiving. I heard that Migs likes to hang out. You never know what to believe because people tell all types of stories.

Anyway, I was told that a likely place to find him is near one of the lobby bars ar the El San Juan on a Saturday night. You know how they have one room playing salsa/merengue/bachata and they play club/techno in the middle. I heard he likes that vibe.

Even if true Evangelista's actions are still odd to say the least in the manner he carried them out. As far as the rest it is pure conjecture at this point.

Either way it is probably good they part ways. We will see in the ring.
