Nah, the worst part of his relationship was when he faced Mayorga which wasn't a great performance. The Margarito fight was when everything was sorted out and they were getting divorced and stuff which Mosley was happy with because there are no distractions and all he needs to do is train hard.

Not saying Cotto would lose cause of this, I am just saying it wasn't a good example... this will have some effect on Cotto's concentration though, I wish him all the best!

I couldn't agree more. What kind of Uncle does that. Unless Cotto was rushing him for no reason and relentlessly kicking his --- and for fear of his life he through it. But if he was just pissed at Miguel for firing him. Screw that dude. Get rid of him. Get him out of camp. Get a good/great trainer first and foremost, and secondly get someone who is on the same page. I'm not a Cotto fan, but I respect his ability in the ring. I'd love to see him get a new trainer (that can spot loaded hand wraps) so he can fight to his full potential. Getting redundant now but ****m Richardson would be great.

He's no Tito, and he can't beat PBF though.

He got too much emotion and rebellion in him to compete at a top level with the best fighters.

Please, your speaking as if you know them both. I'm a Zab fan, and Cotto has way more sense than Zab. If you listen to the too speak its evident. Cotto is respectful, always handles himself with class. Zab is in your face, trying to punk everyone. Any uncle that is throwing cinderblocks at you doesn't love you enough. When Shane left his dad, his father did the loving thing. He was hurt, and he was probably mad, but he loved his son and was like if that is what Shane needs to do than go do it. Same with Roy and his dad. They handled it like two hard headed men who still love each other. Cotto's Uncle is going by prison rules. Cinderblock? Get him the h outta camp forever. And he can't spot loaded handwraps. Hes not fit to train on the highest level obviously.

That's some serious ****. Cotto's a professional, and I'm sure he'll be ready for the fight. I just hope he can find a trainer sooner rather than later. It shouldn't be a problem. There's probably a line of people wanting to train Cotto.

His uncle got what he deserved, his unprofesional behavior should not be tolerated. Cotto will go on to better things and a trainer who he can actually talk to will be a good thing.

cotto is respectful when there is a camera in his face. and a cinderblock big as hell. he whatn't about to hit him with a big a$$ cinderblock. i could see if he threw a baseball at his head. also no matter how heated an argument...u don't throw blows on your UNCLE. u hold him and grab him or push him off you, but u don't swing on him. too me that is extremely disrespectful and despite what Zab is, you never heard about him swinging on his dad. No, he goes and punches a shower door!
