the amercians in genral are bloody awful at war! they really are!

the navy seals just seem to scream and shout "hoo raa" every other word!

the SAS get tortured in there training ffs! i would want them to save me over the seals anyday!

I hate to bump this thread at all, but it is really a rather ******ed conversation. They are all elite soldiers. Also from what I have read the Russians are actually trained in the most intense, although brutal, manner.

I'm just about to go into military training for the british army so i have been getting an insight into their training and its tough stuff, as i'm sure the Navy Seals/ Delta Force's training is, each force around the world have individuals who are better than others. At the end of the day the UK and US forces are fighting together, in arms. Bottom line- I wouldn't wanna **** with any of them!!!

come on SAS are the best in the world, read andy mcnabbs book apparently its amazing, hes the only survivor from his squad. the religious one comitted suicide when he left the SAS, one of them got shot and cant remember bout the other. but SAS rule!!!

They are both deadly and you sure a hell don't want to **** with either of them. Seals and Sas are pretty much equal, both training regiments are brutal and their tactics are pretty much the same.

I would personally say the sas because of there hardcore selection and training , it's brutal . The sas reserves only get about 1 a year .

Most other special forces either try to emulate or actually train with the Special Air Service. They are the model for other countries to follow, so IMO, they are the best special forces regiment in the world. As far as individuals, it's impossible to compare as I'm sure any elite/special forces soldier is trained to the level of a world class athlete. Navy SEALS are also elite soldiers and I'm glad they are on the same side, so we will never have to find out who is better.
