Don't be fcuking ******, Delta force worship the SAS, send their best to train with the SAS and use tactics invented by the SAS.
The only unit's close to the SAS are israeli.
Oh and I'm Ex-British Military so it's not like i've never been in contact with these people.
It's also worth mentioning the SBS in this as they are as highly trained and really the equivalent of the Navy Seals not the SAS who are the equivelant of the Delta force guys.
I'm sure if you sat them all in a room and asked them they would have total respect for each other and all claim each is the best because thats how people like that think, they have too.Comment

of course your gonna say sas is better, being you were in the british military duh lol... seriously though, i give props to both.. i was in the united states navy for 4 years, and i can tell you first hand that our regular navy is 100 times better than brittains, and i can testify to seeing there boats.. bunch of rust buckets.. i was stationed on a seal base, and i can tell you they have a very very hard life(training) as im sure the sas do too... respect goes out to both of them... kinda easy for most of us to judge them and say this or that ones better behind a computer screen lolDon't be fcuking ******, Delta force worship the SAS, send their best to train with the SAS and use tactics invented by the SAS.

The Royal Navy is the second-largest navy of the NATO alliance, in terms of the combined displacement of its fleet, after the United States Navy.[2] There are currently 89 commissioned ships in the Royal Navy, including aircraft carriers, a helicopter carrier, landing platform docks, ballistic missile submarines, nuclear fleet submarines, guided missile destroyers, frigates, mine counter-measures and patrol vessels. There are also the support of 16 vessels of the Royal Fleet Auxiliary. The Royal Navy's ability to project power globally is considered second only to the U.S. Navy.[3][4]Comment
