American Seal and Delta teams are modeled and cross train with SAS and other special forces.

I would say that the only differences in them would be as negibile as the differences between 2 SAS soldiers or the difference between two Seal soldiers.

The countries that suffer from poor special forces are those that lack the resources to train, equip and maintain them. I doubt there is much of a difference between KSK, Spetnaz and other G8 countries.

The one force I would say is probably best is Israel's Sayeret Matkal also known as The Unit. Even then I would say it's probably do to them being more active and their individual members probably more REAL non-training experience.

israel has some of the best military forces in the world, if not the best to be totally honest.

I agree, if you put Israel's military against any other one being both the same size, Israel would take it. These dudes have been fighting for a long time.
