Navy SEAL vs SAS Soldier

So I noticed a lot of my british pals mentioned SAS Soldiers in my thread "can a boxer take it to a navy seal?"

What's the big deal with the SAS and why do i hear people insisting that they're the best in the entire world and make SEALs look like *******. Is there a valid point or is it just jealousy?

If you want to learn about the Navy Seals and their elite fighting teams, get the book "Rogue Warrior" By Richard Marchenko. Now that guy is a true bad ass. Probably has good teeth too.
