Even thought the IBF is about to make a ****ty move, ONCE AGAIN... Part of the fault lies on Top Rank, why the f**k Top Rank didn't make this defence as part of the Cotto fight or whatever promoton they had for the past NINE month.

Is it that hard o market Clottey (Probably yes), I just can't see how Top Rank didn't see this coming. Is not like Top Rank has a backup to fight for the vacant title as was the case f the Cotto - Margarito fight.

the ibf could have the mandatory made after cotto/clottey fight. the wba did it for urkal when he was a mandatory for the title when quintana and cotto met for it.

It was not the same situation. Quintana vs Cotto was for the belt that Hatton vacated, Cotto didnt had to faced Urkal after Quintana, but he decided to take care of the mandatory bull ****, first so he didnt get striped.
