If they wouldn't of caught his cheating ass, he would of gone in there and used plaster wraps.. that's why it's just as bad. It's not like he was thinking about using them and had a change of heart.. he was going in there with the intention to use them.

plotting someone's assasination is just as bad as murder.. do you think the police would wait till something happened if they knew someone was going to assassinate someone? hell no.. that person would be in jail for life.

Correct me if I'm wrong because I'm not 100% on the rules in this area... but isn't having plaster in your hand wraps breaking the rules and cheating, regardless of whether or not you've used them yet?? He's dodging the bullet regarding actually using them in a fight, but he was caught with them on his hands. That's like busting a gang ****er with an illegal handgun. Even though it can't be tied to a crime, it's still illegal for him to possess.

It's not the same thing. A person that murders someone gets a much more severe punishment than a person who attempts murder.

Yeah but you have to take it case by case. I don't know if you're referring to the Mosley Balco thing, but the rules are probably different regarding plaster and PED's. The only relevant cheaters would be those who got busted for the same thing that these two did. Capetillo and Marg are obviously guilty of conspiracy at the very least.
