Your an idiot. Your feeble mind cant grasp the concept of ATTEMPTING to cheat when an 18yr old's can. Your an idiot period. I lost respect from you? I dont care because your obviously ******.
Yeah but you at least understood what I meant to say though. right?I understand what you're saying better now. I thought you were just excusing him as if it wasn't a big deal.
But you're not totally right about the lesser sentences for attempted offenses. In MOST cases you are right, especially in the conspiring context. If you're found to plan a murder and get caught before hand, you're right, the sentence would be significantly less.
However, if you physically attempt to kill someone and fail, unless you have a big time lawyer, it's not gonna be much different than if you killed them. I mean if a cop witnesses you trying to shoot someone or attempting to stab them, that kinda ****. In most of those cases, you're getting tried as if you killed them, that's just reality.
Not saying the Tony thing has anything to do with that, just sayin.
Thank god. Someone else who understands the situation. If he is proven to have cheated then I totally agree that he should be banned but the only one that would know that is Margarito and his trainer. Both of them are going to deny ever cheating in the past.Flicker makes a good point that you morons fail to understand.
Margarito is being punished for 1 year because he ATTEMPTED to cheat.
He shouldn't be banned for life because he ATTEMPTED to cheat.
If he had gone into the ring with the loaded wraps, then I would agree BAN him for life.
But you're all emotional and moronic Cotto lovers so their is no reasoning with you.
The punishment fits the crime.
So with the evidence we have. The punishment fits the crime.
Well, we have no proof of that. We can speculate but we cant literally say he did cheat. Therefore he is innocent of all accusations which would mean he never cheated.Comment
