Because Williams is the bigger guy, they put too much plaster that why it took longer to harden. Unlike Cotto which they used enough plaster because of his weak heart and chin

why are people failing to understand that these wraps were not new, they were used. wether he used them vs cotto or not isn't 100 percent proven (even though most of us know he did) but we know they were used before, the blood stain is proof. so he has cheated before but we dont know 100 percent who he has cheated against.

yea ive mentioned this a couple times. i understand the hate for margarito because what happened was pathetic and certainly causes u to lose a lot of respect for margarito myself included unless he seriously didnt know (which i admit is hard to believe because when you find plaster its obvious it was intentional on someones part). But the reason ive said he will get his license back in a year is because there is no proof he has ever actually used them in one of his fight. he was thankfully caught before the mosley fight, and in every other fight before that his wraps were cleared! So the 1 year suspension is just right it shouldnt be shorter nor longer!

he could have used them for sparring nobody knows for sure and that could be why their was blood on them. which is pretty ****ed up on its own too...

So apparently people here dont understand the situation of the NSAC and why they only gave him a 1 year suspension. Ok, listen carefully, let me take you through the steps and clear this thing up...

1. Lab results proved there was plaster in the wraps.

2. He never used them against Mosley.

3. There is no proof/evidence that he used it against anyone previous to it being found.

4. Thus he has never used it against anyone.

So, where has he ever cheated? When, where, and how?

Attempting to do something isn't doing it. I can attempt to walk across a street but if I dont go across I never did it. I can attempt to go from California to New York but if I dont walk, run, locomotive, automobile, fly my ass across the country, then I never did it. You understand the difference between "attempting" and "doing" now?


Unless, Margarito himself comes out and says "yes, I used plaster in [insert questioned fight here]" then he has never used it before.

I bet if someone plotted to shoot ur Mother and was caught wit the bullets in the gun on their way to you're moms house you'd want that piece of **** locked up for life..instead of giving him a lil 3 year unlawful use and possession of a deadly weapon charge..
