Steroids are a big deal, and he prob should have a NC instead of a W by the the second Oscar fight. But with that said, it was the only time he did it and he has since reedeemed himself. Also as bad as steroids are, Plaster is 10 times worse. What Margarito tried to do was just downright criminal.

As far THG, a compound made by Patrick Arnold, of Ergopharm Supps, that would have helped him with the strength aspect. If he took "clear", or THG, then yes, he should get the same treatment as the track athletes, and baseball athletes.
Right. 1. generation EPO (like Eprex) is detectable with sophisticated tests. The later genrations (CERA drugs) is not yet fully testable. It doesn't matter anyway as long as they are used in training camp and one makes sure that it's out of your body come fight time.

EPO is indeed an endurrance drug mostly used in cross-country skiing, cycling and track & field. Bear in mind that it helps your body recuperate faster meaning you are able to do longer work-out sessions thereby also has potential to improve your skill level.

it is a lot but it isn't unheard of and it doesn't prove that he uses steroids.

Don't get me wrong, I agree he used steroids and he's definitely not the only one. You just can't point to his bench press numbers as proof, if he has been benching his whole life those kind of numbers are not unheard of for an athlete at the elite level

                  What double standard?

taking steroids does not increase your likelihood of killing an opponent, it increases the length of time you can train and teh quality of production you get from said training.

Loading your pads is basicly like taking the normal pellets out of your paintball gun and loading them with ball barings.

Sure the steroids would make you run faster and aid you winning the paintball game but ball baring could kill the guys you are plaaying with, I know which I consider more offencive.

NO lets, there is a difference between being caught driving at 60 MPH is a 55 Zone and being caught DUI outside a school.

Both Illegal, both treated very differently.
