How do you view Cotto's LOSS to Margarito.. now..

i think many ppl overlook that part.....cotto was landing huge shots, and they seemed to have no effect.....margarito kept coming forward, and giving it back. i dont have an argument w/ anyone who believes margarito cheated in that fight, but don't overlook the fact that margarito kept walking through cotto's best ****, and the gloves had nothing to do with that........

but its a matter of perception, that's why i'd love to see a rematch.

Wrong Buddy. You get hit with Plaster, you get weaker, meaning you dont punch as hard as you should and by that your opponent can take your shots better, because you are not punching as hard as you do.

Cotto ate more leather against Torres by far, he got wobbled, hurt and everything else. And his face, didnt look half as bad as in the Magarito fight. And Torres is a bigger puncher than Margarito.

Nobody said, Cotto had a whitaker type defense. He is bound to get hit. Cottos face went from clean, to billly collins jr twin in 3 rounds.

Just like the steroids, the headbutts, the broken nose, the low blow evidence on how he lost before that??? Ever since Cotto lost, you stans have been making up excuses. Now that Margs has been labeled a cheat, you guys want to use that on why your fighter didn't lose. You guys never got over it, and probably never will.


Cotto got more leather in the Margs fight than any other dude, no one has landed more power shots on him ever. Plus Margs is a bigger dude than Torres so he's going to be a lot more effective too.

But you HAVE to keep in mind... if margs gloves were loaded... the shots he was landing were harder then ever...

the body shots and uppercuts were HARDER, MUCH HARDER...

Man but don't you see, all that comes from having loaded gloves, you can't have it both ways.

Dried blood stains, started landing harder shots after the 6th rd and the plaster hardened, etc, etc.

I wouldn't re-match that cheating bastard and I if I did, it'll be in about 5 years.
