How do you view Cotto's LOSS to Margarito.. now..

One thing I notice is that Cotto Haters or Magaritos nuthuggers, say he could very well had cheated against Cotto, but we dont know untill the NSAC says otherwise.

I say ****, if you see a guy killing another one in the street, are you going to say, well that guy could of kill that other guy bu7t I will wait for the court to say other wise.

I say ****, that if you can come to your own conclusion, theres something wrong with you!!!!!!

That's my main argument.

Cotto did make mistakes in the fight, but Cotto's never been this elusive fighter. We all knew he was going to get hit with shots throughout the fight. But with that being said, many forget the ****in shots this dude was landing on Marg. He would've hurt any other WW that night hands down with those shots. So being that he was getting hit but also dishing it out, he fought pretty well and was in the fight until the very end.

I for one believe Margarito used the plaster against Cotto just by how quickly Cotto faded throughout the later rounds of the fight. Cotto's been in trouble before and has been in wars, but now that this whole Marg scandal has surfaced...how hard does Margarito "really" hit?

At the end of the day, we may never know what the real deal was in that fight, but logic tells me if Marg was going to use them against Mosley...what agenda would he have using them against Mosley and not Cotto who was rated the #1 WW in the world?

i think many ppl overlook that part.....cotto was landing huge shots, and they seemed to have no effect.....margarito kept coming forward, and giving it back. i dont have an argument w/ anyone who believes margarito cheated in that fight, but don't overlook the fact that margarito kept walking through cotto's best ****, and the gloves had nothing to do with that........

but its a matter of perception, that's why i'd love to see a rematch.

But the fact that Cotto was thoroughly outboxing him for 6 rounds MINIMUM... until Margaritos punishment started wearing on Cotto...

I think he cheated, but it's pretty much impossible to prove. I just look at it as whatever now. What's done is done. It's a ****ing shame though. That's just completely dreadful to cheat like that. Margarito should be banned for life and do some prison time.

Cotto fought the wrong fight, but he was also landing a lot of leather and the scorecards were close even when the fight ended. If Margarito hadn't had plaster, I would guess that Cotto would've won a decision.

I think he's going to follow Roach's advice and not fight at all. I would of been pissed off if he would of fought in Mexico.

A loss is a loss. Let's not sit around and act like Margarito is the most gifted fighter ever. I haven't kept up with the news, but from last I heard it hasn't been proven that he used loaded gloves in the Cotto fight. Despite that, Cotto easily had the skills and movement to avoid Margarito enough to win a decision even if Margarito was cheating. It was as much his own bad judgment calls and strategy that caused him to lose as it was the possibility of Margarito cheating. Admit it, it's true.

Neither Margarito or Cotto are particular fans of mine, they're pretty much neutral. So don't go calling me a fanboy, it's just reality. Get over it already.

If you were EVERRRRRRRRRR going to cheat...

it would be against undefeated and top of the division MIGUEL COTTO... the bigeest fight of your life...

not Shane Mosley who MOST thought was past it, even Margarito himself....

i agree, he took the mosley fight thinking he would steam roll mosley like he did cotto knowing he had his secret weapons! but that plan backfired on that piece of ****!
