Why didn't Mayweather fight these fighters?

And dont get me wrong big fan of Mayweather at 130 and 135 amazing and took the fights, but 140 and up BIG FAT *****! LOL

So, help me understand:

If Mayweather fighting Oscar at 154 is not an accomplishment, then why did Pac fight him a year and a half later? At 147?

If Mayweather fighting Zab was not an accomplishment, then why did Cotto fight him two (inactive) years later? And why did Miguel describe it as "his biggest fight"?

Please help me understand.

Cotto is making his legacy as we speak.. doing something Mayweather was never ballsy enough to do and that is face all the top names in a division.

At 140, he offered the fight TWICE to Hatton and TWICE Hatton turned it down. So Floyd moved up. He did however clear things up by knocking out Hatton later on.

he didn't accept mayweather's challenge at 140, never fought hatton at 140, never fought tszyu at 140, didn't rematch torres or corley at 140. never fought Pwill at147. etc...

Just because he has GREAT skills does not make him a geat fighter he did **** at 140 and ducked Tzyu! Which coming from and ex mayweather fan i was very dissapointed. He did great things at 130,and at 135 he was at his best he fought the best. After he fought Castillo he just took it easy on cruse control and DUCKED fighters who wanted to fight him. ANd is still ducking fighters and instead of Mayweather worryng about a true boxing legacy NOT this CRAPPY Pampered legacy. Put it at 140 and up he did nothing but worry about making money and picked his fights very carefully. Hey man not tryng to argue just saying I liked floyd alot and thought he ws going to be the best fighter i had ever seen and he was up to 135.
