The WBA I have ALWAYS said from day 1 is the most pathetic corrupt organization in ALL of sports. It is basically run by D. King. Just look at their HW picture...they got John Ruiz in line again for a title shot. That speaks volumes on who they are. I am hearby calling on all readers and true boxing fans to STOP folowing this oragnization at least in the US. They have really, like the author says damaged the sport badly. I really wish people would stop attending their events and even taking them seriously. Id LOVE to some them fold and go under. They shoudl be banned at a minimum in the United States. They only real way to stop and end this Sad... sad organization is stop both attending AND watching their pathetic cards.

giving gamboa a title shot like this is a disgrace!.. he will now win a title without even being tested. he should do it the true way and fight one of the current champs to get their belt and to get the respect from the people.

The wba is the worst sports organization that has ever existed and they are truly a cancer to boxing. I dont understand why any fighter would want to represent them as their champion.
