that would be best for pac. stay at 140.

Of course Arum doesn't want to put Manny in the ring with Floyd. He's not dumb nor is Roach.Floyd would beat him so easily that it would take away some of Manny's drawing power. He would look like a B class fighter and couldn't generate the same pull at the negotiating table. He would look like an amatuer in there. But if you put him in with Cotto,it would be more action packed and at least he gets to go out on his shield. But Cotto would destroy him as well.Manny is not a natural welterweight.People got fooled by his performance against an overtrained past his prime De La Hoya.If Arum is smart, he'll keep him in the ring with Jr Welterweights.

I think so too. But I get the impression his ego is running away with him and he wants to fight at 147 because of the money and glamour.

If Floyd was to go back down to 140, then Pac-Mayweather would be a valid fight and probably exciting. But it shouldn't be at catchweight or 147.

Why is it Arum keep pushing for Cotto vs Pac? i mean 1st & 4most pac & cotto are way too far of division, remember dat pac only fights ODLH for a one hit sweepstakes. everybody knows wat will happen if he fights cotto are they they running out of opponents dat he wanted to match pac on bigger fighter 4 him to get KOyed???

If Manny beats Hatton , Mayweather vs Pac is the biggest fight in boxing it will outdraw any other fight that Manny can make ,, this is just the Pac team trying to get Floyds purse down ,,, as plain as **** on a bull .

What Mangler is saying though is being the biggest fight doesn't make it the best fight.
