Well other than Hatton or pacman the majority of his big fights would be at welterweight. It also makes more sense for him to return at Welter since it's be many years since he even fought below 147.

Great fighters in the lower divisions always move up to try to make big fights and cement there all time great status...it's just the way it is...If you claim to be better then SRR your expected to prove it.
