People saying Holyfield's slickness wins him a decision definately have a point. I am not saying there is no way that Evander could win this fight. I just think eventually Holyfield would start trading with Vitali and I give Holy little to no chance in a straight shoot-out with VK.

yeah, evander could get drawn into brawls with bigger men and that could give vitali a good advantage, but i think evander would have not been silly and gotten suckered into brawling like he did vs bowe the 1st time...but bowe is a far better fighter than vitali

evanders chin was freakish in his prime, it was only after lots of hard fights and age caught up to him he became hurtable, vitali isnt even a one punch KO artist...foreman, bowe, lewis, tyson, qawi etc all landed bombs on evanders chin and the only one to TKO evander was bowe, and i think holy had like hepatitis or something for that fight as well

evander would bounce around, throw in combos, counter and outbox vitali, vits only chance would be to hope holy ******ly brawls with him, and even then i would still give evander a good chance

iv got vitali by late KO, i just think he is being underrated by alot of ppl on these boards. he has a decent jab, not as good as lewis or as good as his brother but a jab which is good enough to set up his right hand and keep evander off him.

if there was a trilogy i reckon evander may get a win but ultimately i think vitali is too heavy handed, too big and tough enough to take vanders best shots.

Bowe has beaten besides Holyfield twice, Jorge Luis Gonzalez, Jesse Ferguson, Michael Dokes, Herbie Hide, and Larry Donald. Most of these guys were undefeated too.
