For some reason Floyd is "not the best" but why is it that i have this feeling that he would come in a the heavy betting fave against any of the following, JMM(of course), Pacman, Cotto, Mosley..

who could Oscar or Ricky do those numbers with besides Floyd?

I said in another thread today that it seems that fighting Floyd is potential to doing career defining numbers. Yes those guys have big drawing power already but they did their best numbers with Mayweather.

I am soooo gonna use that line when defending Floyd now...

Theres no way you can rank pacman & jmm higher than berto, cotto & mosley @ 147....

In the p4p yes they do.. But that doesnt change the fact.. That the real challenge at ww are those guys.. Not the p4p#1 #2 guys

                no way.
i said p4p mellow...and it is argument that can be had. Skillwise the 2 smaller guys are better than guys at 147. The general public percieves them to be a bigger challenge, simply because they are bigger.

So skillwise...can u say those 147 lbers have the better skills at the moment.

And im not talking fighting at ww, i'm talking about making the fight period. No matter what these so-called pundits have declared, there are other weight divisons besides ww. Floyd can be in great fights besides the ww limit!

Secondly it was £20 for the hatton ppv against mayweather, which was just over $40 dollars at the time. What did you pay in the us? $50? Not earth shattering considering your population is +300million and ours is ~65million.
marquez at 140 after a long layoff is tougher than cotto/mosley at 147 imo. And i paid 55 us dollars. That is almost 1/2 of what they paid in the uk. Population wasn't a defining term, cost is!

Oscar/Hatton wouldn't do quite that well with other fighters, true. But doesn't mean Floyd is a huge draw. You only need to look at his other fights for that.

Oscar/Hatton would sell loads against anyone, whereas Floyd wouldn't. That was my original point.
