Who says that he is? Seriously, since Prescott the guy has had an awful lot of people on his back, and doubting his ability. Barrera got a hero's reception from a British crowd while Khan got boos as well as cheers. It was a tough test, and he came through it well... he has every right to be pleased and maybe to exaggerate a little.

Give the guy a break.

I have nothing against Amir Kahn but for him to be saying "He proved everyone wrong" is something he should hold to himself because of the way he obtained the win. Sure he displayed some good fast skills but Barrera had a big cut over his eye with blood pouring & not focusing on Kahn. I think Kahn should fight a live wire like J.M. Marquez, Juan Diaz or even Guzman to see if he can really hang before he starts screaming that he proved the world wrong because in actuality people will not give him props because of the cut & the fight was stopped on a technical decision. Looks like to me that they let the fight go on to give Kahn the win, considering the severity of the cut & the fact that they could of stopped it in the first round.

Give Khan some credit, he came out with no respect for MAB, and dominated him.
If MAB had been doing well in the fight, i'm sure he would have insisted the fight continue.

LOL @ Khan showing off at beating a completely shot fighter fighting with 1 eye cause of the headbutt. Barrera of even a couple years ago that fought JMM would have beat Khan. Khan has a lot of talent and is probably the fastest fighter in boxing but he needs to beat better competetion first before he claims he has accomplished anything. Plus his chin is still very questionable which is gonna really hurt him when fighting any boxer with serious power. Khan vs Ortiz would be a hell of a fight for both and would prove how good eachother is. I think Ortiz gets his revenge and KO's Khan!
