Same haha, I can't help myself its like an addiction!Yeah same! My stamina has got a lot better recently, as has my footwork. I think that has something to do with the fact that I now shadowbox whenever I have a spare few minutes in the house (its almost a reflex now lol!) like when the kettle is boiling, when I'm starting the laptop. LOL.
I think I'm into boxing too much

lol yeah, hatton got on my nerves a wee bit with the whole "ref would not let me fight my fight"
fair enough cortez was a bit to busy in that fight, but a good boxer adapts to any situation. hatton failed to adapt. mabye if he had mayweather sr in his corner he would of done a bit better. but hey...who knows?Comment

Yes, Floyd KO'd Hatton. He was instantly out on his feet after the hook, lost control, and would have hit the deck anyway. The post is covered in padding, it's not like he ran into a steel pole.

Yeah I can understand Hatton's grievance because Cortez was too hasty breaking them up.lol yeah, hatton got on my nerves a wee bit with the whole "ref would not let me fight my fight"

And I'm sticking by my original belief that the fight would have been closer had the point deduction not happened, but the fact is Hatton was outclassed. Mayweather was quicker, more skillful and most importantly smarter. He completely neutralised Hatton on the inside; one aspect which pre-fight you would have assumed Hatton to have the advantage.Comment

Just read through this thread, and it's mind boggling how delusional Hatton fans are.
Hatton got knocked out by a fighter that was simply in another league. Get over it. Hatton wasn't allowed to use his dirty ass rough tactics and without that he's average at best.
And Mayweather knocked him out. To think anything other than that is delusional. The check hook hurt him, as did the ring post. But he hit him with two big time left hooks after followed by a baby straight right hand. Hatton was out on his feet and collapsed....he was DONE. How can you argue that, it's clear as day.Comment
