Has Oscar ever been undisputed champion in any division? We can start there or by the fact that Oscar has never been dominant in any of his big fights. Tyson knocked Berbick out in 2 rounds at the age of 20. I really dont see how Oscar can be rated over Tyson. We're talking about prime Tyson. Not the fat guy with the tattoo on his face.
Who is the worst P4P#1 ever??

You're also including old fighters like Chavez as if that makes him look good. Hopkins fought most of his career at 160 beating Keith Holmes,Antwon Echols and Glen Johnson, and Antonio Tarver who are now LH and cruiserweight fighters. So your "hopkins made a career out of beating smaller fighters" is ridiculous. It's absurd to claim that Trinidad was a "smaller fighter" when he himself had a middlweight belt by walking through William Joppy. He was no welterweight by that time. And Oscar lost to Mosley both times and desreved to lose to Trinidad. I know you don't give Hopkins any credit for being 44 and beating a guy moving up. But Delahoya is 35 and got the **** kicked out of him by a "smaller fighter". Thats' the difference between being great(hopkins) and good but overrated (Delahoya) You remember that.Comment

You're right about Pacquiao beating some past their prime fighters but JMM isn't and I base it on how Paquiao has won compared to how Oscar has won his big fights.Comment

De la Hoya has Tyson covered in terms of skills, accomplishments and resume IMO, and that is easily enough for me to rate him significantly higher. Mike was, at his best, a damaging Heavy that beat a lot of B-level fighters. De la Hoya is a 6-division champ who beat several all-time greats. That is pretty much the end of the story for me.Comment

From the list, I would say DLH. He had his share of gifts his way in the 90s along with his special weigh ins to allow him to fight much smaller guys and a shot Whitaker embarrassing him in the ring. No way was DLH ever p4p number 1.Comment

Resume is where it is at in my book and I'm taking DLH's every ***n day over Mike's. If Oscar had the opportunity to fight in a division as weak as Heavy was when Mike ruled it or if he hadn't constantly been moving up to get bigger and bigger fights he would have definately been as dominant as Tyson.
